Those are experimental packages which, for various reasons, I do not upload to Debian.

Make them available to apt* by adding the following to your /etc/apt/sources.list:
# Both x86_64 and "all" binary packages.
deb http://organact.mine.nu/debian unstable/

# Only i386 binary packages.
deb http://organact.mine.nu/debian unstable-i386/

# Source packages.
deb-src http://organact.mine.nu/debian unstable/
* Implies dselect, synaptic, kpackage and the like.
